Salary Range: $40,000.00 To 45,000.00 Annually

CPSFL has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant! This is a Hybrid position, which offers a lot of flexibility to work from both home and at the office!

As our Administrative Assistant, you must be able to handle routine and advanced duties with ease. You must be well-organized, attentive to detail, manage time well, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Administrative Assistant will report to the VP of Community Services and provide administrative support to multiple teams.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails to scheduling meetings and preparing agendas to processing paperwork related to orders, expense reports, petty cash, staff changes and more. Also the applicant must have excellent Microsoft Outlook and suite experience. This includes programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Qualifications/Required Skills

  • Qualified candidates should have three to five years of prior administrative experience.
  • Candidates will also have Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education.

The ideal candidate is someone who shows initiative, has strong problem-solving skills, and outstanding collaborative skills.
