CLASSIFICATION: Full time
Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a full time Care Coordinator to work in Palm Beach County providing Assessment and Care Coordination Services to substance misuse and/or mental health clients within an office and/or court based setting. Hours are Monday through Friday, with a minimum of two evenings required. Therapist will be required to work in person.
Master’s degree in social science or related field required and licensed or registered by the State of Florida as a Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist. Experience in providing services to substance misuse and/or mental health are preferred. Bilingual, Spanish or Creole, preferred. Must have excellent client engagement skills and individual and family therapy skills are necessary. Must be able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders.
