Using Social Media for Targeted Mentor Recruitment

Join United Way’s Mentor Center for a training that is a supplement to Standard 1: Recruitment of the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring.

Led by Jennifer Silliman of Healthy MotherÕs Healthy Babies, this training will focus on using social media as a tool for mentor recruitment. Jennifer has been successful in attracting a whole host of mentors to her mentoring program, and will be sharing her top tips that has allowed her to have much success. The training will be done in a small group setting to make sure that each program in attendance will receive tailored advice in improving their own social media plans, and have time during the training to make changes/ develop new processes.
