Matthew Ladika holds a BS in Finance from Marquette University. Matthew is originally from Boca Raton. Prior to coming to HomeSafe, he spent 5 years as a Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller with progressively responsible positions at the YMCA of the USA, in Chicago.
Matthew started working at The Children’s Place at HomeSafe on January 7, 1998 as Director of Finance. He became Chief Financial Officer in January, 2005. In September of 2006 Matthew was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer, and on January 1, 2007 received a promotion and became the CEO of Home Safe. Matthew’s management style, vision and energy are all key elements helping to lead the agency mission of creating safer more productive lives for infants, children, young adults and families.
Matthew’s strength as a leader for the Agency stems from his twenty-two years of experience with HomeSafe and his pure dedication to the well being of the children in their care.
