Workers United Fund in Partnership with the AFL-CIO

United Way of Palm Beach County’s mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the basics. We are proud to partner with the local AFL-CIO chapter, as well as the nonprofit community, and do our part to connect all workers impacted by the shutdown with the community resources and services they need. This time is particularly difficult for many in our community, and we thank you for your generous contribution to the Workers United Fund, which will go towards helping workers and their families.

If you are impacted by the shutdown and in need of assistance, you can reach the Palm Beach-Treasure Coast 2-1-1 helpline by dialing 2-1-1 or calling 561-383-1111. The free, confidential, 24/7 helpline provides information about local social services, including the availability of public benefits and corporate assistance programs that can help callers with essential living needs and expenses.
