Mission

To attract, enlighten and rally early to mid-career professionals around the United Way of Palm Beach County by creating a society of like-minded individuals who believe in giving back financially while being able to network, participate in community service projects and educational opportunities.

Start making an impact today.

EL provides the avenue for early to mid-career professionals to take action and learn how to most effectively give back with their time, talent and resources to make the greatest difference in your community. At exclusive mixers, members CONNECT with other entrepreneurs, business people and executives who share a common goal: to make an impact. Membership creates opportunities to SERVE at volunteer projects and agency tours. By becoming a member of this select group, you will LEAD the way for others to become inspired about all the good United Way of Palm Beach County does in the community.

A Letter from Our Emerging Leaders Chair, Eva Greene

It is my pleasure to greet you all at the beginning of the new fiscal year! As Chair of the Emerging Leaders Society, I am determined to make this a year of great progress for our membership group, the United Way organization, and the beautiful community in which we thrive. ELS will deepen the work we do, highlighting the integral role the United Way holds in our community to ensure all individuals have access to the basic needs.

Our membership group is 350 members strong, contributing 675 hours in volunteerism, and driving over 41,000 dollars back into our community. In this year that marks our 10th anniversary, we will strive to provide an avenue for emerging and mid-career professionals to take action in giving back to the community. We will continue to provide inclusive opportunities to foster leadership growth while also connecting and collaborating with like-minded peers.

These opportunities are not created overnight. I feel proud to have a dynamic Steering Committee, a team of professionals serving as the governing body of the Emerging Leaders Society. It is their energy, talent and hard work that bring exceptional benefits to our members and for the organization. Making personal connections to our members will strengthen our interactions and impact throughout the year. There is no limit to our togetherness and what we can accomplish together. Will you join us?

We are excited to share our calendar of events and hope to connect with you soon!
