United Way of Palm Beach County is proud to partner with CBS 12 News and the Palm Beach County Food Bank for the 35th annual Project Thanksgiving™. Together, we’re working to ensure that families, seniors, and children in need enjoy a warm, festive holiday meal.

Food Drive Donations: Palm Beach County Food Bank

Drop off donations to the Palm Beach County Food Bank:

701 Boutwell Road, Suite A-2, Lake Worth, FL 33461
Weekdays between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Drive around to the back of their building marked A-2. Come up the Food Bank’s ramp and check in with their booth associate. Assistance will be available if needed. Donations will be weighed, and you will receive a donation receipt.

Host a Food Drive

We encourage our community to extend a hand and share the spirit of Thanksgiving by hosting a food drive. If you’re interested in hosting a food drive, please fill out the Project Thanksgiving Food Drive Registration Form.

Recommended canned foods to donate (please, no glass):

Canned turkey, ham, chicken
Canned yams, sweet potatoes
Boxed stuffing/dressing
Canned green beans, corn, carrots
Boxed macaroni & cheese
Boxed potatoes
Boxed cornbread
Gravy mix
Canned apples, pumpkin, cranberries
Jell-O, applesauce
Pasta, rice
