The Volen Center Impact Tour

In honor of Older Americans Month, United Way of Palm Beach County invites our supporters to experience a behind the scenes tour of The Volen Center on Wednesday, May 8th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm! This event promises an enriching experience where we learn more about the challenges faced by older Americans and gain insight into the invaluable impact The Volen Center has on the lives of seniors in Palm Beach County. 

This event is exclusive for membership groups, United Way of Palm Beach County donors, and volunteers. 

For over 50 years, The Volen Center has been a pillar of support for seniors, addressing their physical, emotional, social, and psychological needs. Their extensive range of programs and services includes adult day care, transportation services, support groups, and much more. Under our Access to Care impact area, United Way of Palm Beach County funds the Care Link Community Coach program. This program ensures that seniors and adults with disabilities have access to door-to-door transportation for medical appointments, improving their access to healthcare and quality of life.
