The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program is an invaluable service United Way of Palm Beach County has been providing to the community for more than 20 years. It offers services to individuals and families with low-to-moderate incomes who are eligible for tax credits.
No experience is required, and some opportunities don’t involve preparing taxes, like greeting and site coordination. A commitment of four hours per week is required during tax season. We offer 16 convenient site locations throughout Palm Beach County and a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
This is a great way to help your neighbors while having an impact on the local economy, as over $9 million was returned to residents last year alone.

United Way of Palm Beach County, in partnership with WPTV, is collecting food and toys for families in need as part of the 2023 Season of Hope Campaign. Items must be dropped off by Wednesday, December 13, at a designated drop-off location, while financial donations can be made until Saturday, December 16.

Support Honor Flight
Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap has over 200 bottles of select Angel’s Envy available for sale at their Fort Lauderdale location (525 N Federal Hwy). Each bottle is $90, with $15 going to support Honor Flight South Florida.
If you have a chance, please support those who support veterans and veteran agencies. There are two Batch locations in Palm Beach County: on Clematis in West Palm Beach and in Delray Beach on Atlantic Ave west of Jog Rd.
