Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring: Closure

Join United WayÕs Mentor Center for a workshop on the sixth and final standard of Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring: Closure. Attendees will learn how to facilitate bringing the match to closure in a way that affirms the contributions of the mentor and mentee, and offers the match the opportunity to prepare for the closure and assess the experience.
