The crowd, the views, and most importantly, the cause made for a day to remember! Over $100K was raised for MISSION UNITED at the 2nd Annual Army-Navy Alumni Fundraising Luncheon, Women in Command.
Hosted by the United States Naval Academy and United States Military Academy Palm Beach County Alumni Chapters, this milestone event celebrated 50 years of women at America’s service academies and honored the trailblazing leaders whose military service continues to leave a lasting impact on both the military and civilian worlds.
The luncheon featured powerful stories of leadership, resilience, and service, highlighted by two extraordinary women: Colonel Laureen Barone, U.S. Army (Ret.), and Lieutenant General Lori Reynolds, USMC (Ret.). Moderated by Lieutenant Kate Arrizza, USN, the discussion left all of us in awe of the dedication, sacrifice, and strength of these remarkable women.
We are deeply grateful that MISSION UNITED was the beneficiary of this meaningful event. A heartfelt thank you to the alumni chapters, speakers, and all attendees who made this day such a success. Our community’s support will help MISSION UNITED continue its mission of connecting veterans and their families with the resources and support they deserve.
