COVID-19 Response Fund Investment Highlights

United Way of Palm Beach County and other local funders are collaborating to accept applications from nonprofit organizations serving local residents impacted by the coronavirus and its economic consequences. This group of funders has received more than $27.2 million in requests from 520 nonprofits in Palm Beach County, and together have granted more than $6 million to 146 PBC nonprofits. Funds will be released on a rolling basis as fundraising continues throughout the pandemic and recovery phases of the crisis, making it possible to move resources quickly and adapt to evolving needs in subsequent funding phases. United Way of Palm Beach County has awarded $1,041,277.17 in grants to 68 agencies that are providing food, shelter, and health care to residents during this time. Grants awarded as of July 28, 2020.
