COVID-19 Impact Survey

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly altered lives in Palm Beach County. Households of all races, geographic areas, and income levels are facing physical health, mental health, and financial difficulties.

United Way of Palm Beach County is conducting a survey to better understand the true impact of COVID-19 on all households. Responses will provide us critical insight about local challenges, identify ways we can provide resources to those in need, and assist our planning for future investments.

The survey will be open until March 17, 2021 and should take about 12 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and no one will be able to associate your name with your response. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.

As an incentive, all survey respondents who provide a valid email address will be entered into a drawing to win one of 10 $50 Visa gift cards. Employees, their spouses, and board members of United Way of Palm Beach County are not eligible to win. Click COVID-19 Impact Survey Prize Rules to view the full survey prize drawing rules.
