Graduate & Thrive

We See a Diploma in Hand.

Empowering students doesn’t end with watching them walk across the stage at their high school graduation. To truly thrive in their careers and in life, our youth need academic support and resources through age 22. United Way of Palm Beach County funds local programs that promote academic achievement for students and prepare youth for employment and post-secondary education. Through these programs, students receive wrap-around support and are introduced to many options for career success, whether they choose to go to a traditional 4-year college or pursue a trade or certification.

Our impact:

  • 99% of youth graduated from high school
  • 98% of youth increased their college and career preparation skills
